Completed in 2008, the Waterworld facility of contains water treatment membrane equipment for the re-use of water within the Leongatha site, significantly reducing the need for town water. The project includes a Membrane Plant, Control Room, MCC Rooms, Pump Room and associated tank farms and gantry structures. The project was constructed immediately adjacent to operational facilities.
